• Olesi kaki ic dengan flux
• Solder kaki ic dengan timah sedikit, pastikan timah sudah menyatu dengan kaki ic, hal ini dilakukan karena kaki ic belum pernah kena timah.
• pasang ic ke board sesuai dengan posisinya, jangan terbalik
• pemasangan yang tidak sempurna (timah tidak menyatu pada kaki ic) . mengakibatkan error atau kedip / blink 9x
• ic yang kepanasan bisa rusak dan blink 9x juga
Harap berhati-hati ketika melepas ic, karena jika terlalu panas blower yang digunakan maka komponen yang lain ikut rusak yang mengakibatkan mainboard tidak berfungsi atau jalur PCB putus
